Cynthia Bailey Had the Perfect Response After Being Told to Lose Weight
The Real Housewives of Atlanta model had an epic clap-back to an Instagram hater's comments on her recent post.
Class is in session. And for today's lesson, kids, we're going to learn never to come for the legend that is Cynthia Bailey. The Real Housewives of Atlanta model and businesswoman clapped back at a negative comment on her recent Instagram post suggesting that she should — wait for it — "lose some weight."
On September 15, Cynthia shared a glowing photo as she posed wearing a casually sexy, black, cutout crop top with coordinating wide-legged pants. Her chestnut locks were styled in a low-key half updo with her bronzy beauty look executed to perfection. Per usual, Cynthia looked stylish and stunning without breaking a sweat.
But this effortless slay didn't seem to impress one commenter who wrote, "Lose Some Weight." Gasp. As if 2020 hasn't been traumatic enough, now people are out here trying to body shame? Miss Cynthia is not having it.
More than 185 responses flooded in to condemn the unnecessary body shaming — including a sly statement from Cynthia herself.
She added a classy and confrontation-free "@itsmikehill ain't complaining," referring to her fiancé Mike Hill.
And that's how it's done.
