Cynthia Bailey Is on a "Health, Wellness, and Weight Loss" Journey
The Real Housewives of Atlanta newlywed revealed her 20-pound weight loss goal while sharing a peek at what she's been eating.
Health and wellness will be a major focus for Cynthia Bailey this year. In January, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member shared that she was aiming to incorporate regular yoga, massages, and therapy appointments into her days and eat a "healthier diet."
"January kinda of got away from me, but now ... [I] plan on being great in February, which is my birthday month (what up Pisces gang!)," she wrote last month. And true to her word, the newlywed returned to Instagram in mid-February to offer a peek at her healthy-eating progress.
Sharing a snap of a salad that was topped with red onions, tomatoes, and avocados, Cynthia wrote: "Health, wellness & weight loss journey starts today!" She added: "My husband [Mike Hill] and I have a bet going," and at the top of her post, she scrawled: "20 lbs gots to go!!!"
At the end of 2020, Cynthia revealed that she had gained 20 pounds while self-isolating in Los Angeles during the COVID-19 pandemic.
