Cynthia Bailey shares an update after her bunion-removal surgery
In a January 7 Instagram post, Cynthia shared a photo of herself looking barefoot and relaxed. Wearing comfy loungewear, a baseball cap, and two long braids, the RHOA alum was seated on her cushy blue Lovesac couch, which has long been a fixture in her lakeside home. (Tour the tranquil "Lake Bailey" in the clip above.)
To caption her post, the Atlanta mama wrote: "UPDATE!!! on my bunion removal procedure with Dr. Wagner. It’s been almost a month now and my recovery is going great. I’m in no pain at this point, but my feet are still a little swollen. Therefore, I’m not able to wear any tight shoes or heels. I’ve gone from my podiatrist foot shoe to UGGs and anything that is open-toe."
Cynthia's post continued: "My feet look a little busted right now because I’ve not been cleared to get a pedicure yet. That actually might be the worst part lol!!! But overall, I am happy that I finally took care of this issue because it was becoming more and more painful to wear close-toed shoes." She added: "Swipe left to see the video of what my feet look like after almost a month of healing."
She also shared a close-up photo of her post-surgery feet as they rested on her couch and a before-and-after photo of her feet from the day of her procedure. Take a peek at her healing progress in the post below.
