Mike Hill is ringing in his 50th year with a little edge. After showing off his "new ink" — a lion tattoo that nods to his astrological sign — Cynthia Bailey's fiancé blew out the candles on a cake that was covered in tequila.

In an Instagram post, The Real Housewives of Atlanta beauty shared a snap of her Leo beau's boozy cake. Across the top, there was a banner that read: "Happy 50th Birthday Mike!!" and the side of the cake also had a custom note for the sportscaster.

The confection was dripping with silver icing and covered with swirls of thick white frosting. But one could argue that the miniature bottles of Patrón were the real icing on top. And make no mistake: this wasn't prop booze.

When a follower wrote in to ask: "Was it real tequila in those bottles?" Cynthia responded: "yes ma’am." And in her caption, the Housewife quipped: "[I] heard some people like to drink their dessert.”

To make the day even more festive, Cynthia's "Lake Bailey" home was filled with birthday decor. On Mike's special day, the couple posed for some commemorative snaps in front of gold-and-black balloons, including two shaped like a 5 and an 0.
