Cynthia Bailey Reveals the Lifestyle Change Behind Her Recent Weight Loss

The Real Housewives of Atlanta newlywed shared the one thing she eliminated from her diet to lose weight quickly.

When The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members gathered for their Season 13 reunion, weight gain was a topic of discussion. On Part 1 of the showdown, which aired on April 25, host Andy Cohen remarked to the gang: "When it came to gaining the COVID-19, it seemed everyone was in the thick of it."

Then, footage showed the ladies weighing themselves during the pandemic, and Cynthia Bailey had a dramatic reaction to the number she saw on the scale. "Oh, my God! This blind-ass scale is saying I'm 195 pounds," Cynthia said in the flashback clip. 

At the reunion, the wine-cellar owner shared an update. "I lost in the past three weeks, about 10 pounds," Cynthia shared. And she chalked the loss up to eliminating one thing from her diet. "I cut out alcohol," she shared.

Porsha Williams nodded in agreement. "Oh yeah, that's an immediate drop," she said. 

Drew Sidora added: "You probably feel cleaner, you sleep better."
