It looks like The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom recently made some diet changes and picked up a new fitness regimen — and she's already gotten results from her new lifestyle.
On October 4, Kenya took to Instagram to share that she's lost seven pounds in the span of two weeks. The haircare pro shared the announcement along with a fierce two-sided snap of herself sporting a black latex catsuit that hugged her figure and voluminous curls. "177 from 184," she captioned the post.
Kenya credited her transformation to "more veggies less sugar," 30-minute spin classes, and drinking more water.
