You Won’t Believe What Kenya Moore Is Planning Next for Kenya Moore Haircare
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member revealed some exciting new details about her beauty line.

In the video you can watch above, Kenya Moore details why she developed a haircare line, noting that her passion was about more than just cultivating her love of all things hair.
“We’re in over 3,000 [retailers] now and growing, but for me, what makes it so special is because it’s my legacy for my daughter, [Brooklyn Daly],” Kenya shared on Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show about Kenya Moore Haircare. “This is something she can always look back and say, ‘Mommy did this on her own, by herself, with very little help.’ [I want] her to be proud of Mommy. I’m a CEO mom, a single mom, and I’m living my dream, so that’s what I really want the takeaway to be.”
More recently, when Kenya spoke with BravoTV.com, she divulged more details about her haircare line, giving us a pleasant surprise in the process.
“You’re going to be following that this season and following me opening up a new business, a brick-and-mortar hair salon,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member revealed, noting that the salon would be called Kenya Moore Hair Spa.
She continued: “It’s a luxury hair salon in Atlanta. You will be treated like you’ve never been treated getting your hair done. It’s a relaxing environment designed to just pamper you all day long.”
The beauty mogul noted that while there are “blow-dry bars” and things of that nature in Atlanta, there wasn’t much “focusing on luxury.”
“I wanted to be the first to do that,” Kenya added, expressing her intentions for the forthcoming salon.
Last season on RHOA, Kenya got real about the “drama” her beauty brand was facing after a supply-chain issue.
“I figured out how I got myself in this situation because of all of my personal issues and not putting my business before my personal,” she disclosed in Season 14, Episode 7. “For us to be in jeopardy of losing my business, especially our biggest retailer, it’s scary. You don’t want to ever be in that position where you’re going backwards… A lot is at stake here.”
Despite the business backup, Kenya managed to power through, moving on to new ventures with her line and selling at CVS as well as Sally Beauty.
“This is such a monumental moment for me and [Kenya Moore Haircare],” the Atlanta mom wrote in a February 2022 Instagram post when she debuted the line at CVS. “During Covid we lost our momentum and I feared we would lose our largest retail account. But God had a different plan.”
Kenya went on to thank not only her business team but also her RHOA castmates Kandi Burruss, Sanya Richards-Ross, Drew Sidora, Shereé Whitfield, and friend Monyetta Shaw for their “inspiration.”
“[You all] were so positive and happy for me! Love u ladies!” she concluded.
