LaToya Ali is getting super real about her health and fitness goals. The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend opened up about her latest journey, and is promising to take her friends and followers along with her.

In a February 9 Instagram post, LaToya shared a compilation of some of her go-to home exercise moves. Dressed in a neon orange workout top with right matching sneakers and a pair of grey leggings, she was totally killing it. 

“Hey huntys, my goal is to lose 30 [pounds],” she wrote in the caption. “If you’ve been following me for some time, you know I’ve always been into fitness. This past year I’ve been going through some life changes which has been triggering my anxiety. I’m now back to working out and eating clean and I’m so excited to share this journey with you. I love you and thank you so much for always encouraging me and supporting me.” 

LaToya also shared some additional footage in a February 10 Instagram Story: "I want to update you guys on my fitness journey," she said. "I"m so proud of myself. I workout with a personal trainer three days per week, but I'm actually going to add two more days and I will do at-home workouts, so I'm excited about that."  

“I am 155 [pounds] now, I was 160,” she continued. “I’m going ham in the gym and at home. I’m not playing!”
