Despite being in self-quarantine, The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend pulled together a gorgeous spread.
Marlo Hampton doesn’t do anything halfway, and that includes Easter. For many, the holiday proved tricky, as much of the world is under self-quarantine to diminish the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), making shopping for a holiday much harder than usual. That didn’t stop The Real Housewives of Atlanta friend from rolling out the red carpet for her nephews on Easter Sunday, though.
“We set the table, it’s so pretty and Michael — hi, happy Easter,” Marlo said to her adorable nephew during a series of videos posted to her Instagram Stories, adding, “Happy Easter, William! You did such a great job setting the table so fancy, and your favorite plates, I love you guys!”
Topped with pink and purple orchids housed in tall glass vases, Marlo’s dining room table was — no surprise here — totally glamorous, and included gold square charges and festive bunny plates and napkins. Our favorite part of the whole tablescape, however, was Marlo's champagne stopper... a giant gold "M!"
And that wasn’t all — the food itself was like something you’d find at a five-star restaurant! “Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and cabbage, black and white fish topped in shrimp, deviled eggs, what do we have over there?” Marlo said, rattling off the menu. “Chicken and I think that’s pot roast. Where’s the gravy?”
Yum! This friend certainly isn’t letting a little quarantine hold her back on Easter Sunday. Your spread was spectacular, Marlo!
