Noelle Robinson Explains How to Achieve Her Perfect, Signature Cat Eye

From chic lace bodysuits to plunging red gowns, Noelle Robinson switches her style up all of the time. But there’s one aspect of her look that always stays consistent (well, besides her diamond grill, of course!), and it’s her signature cat eye makeup. In a new YouTube video, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Cynthia Bailey’s daughter shared her full makeup routine, and broke down her sharp, liquid eyeliner look.
In the video, Noelle demonstrated the steps she takes to do a cat eye both on the inner corner of her eye, and along her outer lash line. She also revealed that she uses a Sephora brand eyeliner.
“I start with the baseline, and then do the same thing on the other side. Now, I go in and make the cat eye on the inside. I make it super sharp,” she explained. “Then, I do the same thing on the outside.”
Then, in perhaps the most relatable move ever, Noelle accidentally messed up the outer line. (Does it even count as a winged eyeliner look if you don’t have to redo one eye at least once?) She took a moment to step away from the camera to focus on the liner in the mirror, instead, and returned with a perfect look.
“It took me forever,” she admitted.
Speaking of relatable makeup problems, Noelle also revealed that she sometimes struggles with her eyebrows. “To be honest, I don’t really know how to do my brows that well,” she said. “I just fill it in just a little bit, and keep brushing as I go.”
