Eva Marcille just gave birth to her second child, Michael Todd Sterling, Jr., on Friday, April 13, and she's already back in the kitchen whipping up seemingly magical dishes! The Real Housewives of Atlanta model mom posted a picture of a freshly baked pineapple upside down cake on her Instagram feed, and she shared the simple technique that helped it come out extra super enticing.

How to Watch

She used a cast iron skillet to make the cake, which helps concentrate all the pineapple juice, resulting in a super dreamy-gooey consistency that is much harder to achieve using a conventional cake pan.

Eva also used cherries to make it even more colorful and fun. Don't you want a piece right now?

Pineapple upside down cake might be one of Eva's most secret weapons; she's been known to deploy it for Thanksgiving and other important family gatherings. So it makes sense that she'd whip one up to celebrate little Michael's arrival.
