Kenya Moore Announces Her Pregnancy

Cravings are a powerful thing; pregnancy cravings are even stronger. And when you throw a yearning for chocolate in the mix, well, all bets are off.

After announcing her first pregnancy on the Season 10 reunion of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya Moore can now be open about the savories and sweets that are dancing through her mind. And on April 9, she did just that.

The beauty queen took to Instagram stories to share some footage from the most intimate of places: her kitchen counter.

Panning over two dishes that held remnants of yellow cake with chocolate frosting, Kenya giggled: "So, you guys are probably wondering what this is." After moving her iPhone camera to reveal a tub of chocolate frosting, the beauty queen shared: "And this. If you put two and two together, it's what... I ate last night. I'm not too proud of it, but I decided to bake myself a cake last night and eat it."

And though Kenya said she wasn't exactly chuffed with pride, she took the craving in stride — and took it on as a quick-fire challenge of sorts. "I was craving some chocolate cake, [but] I didn't want to try to get it from somewhere else," the RHOA pal said. "I know mine is good. Even though it's out of a box, I still wanted to just try it for myself."

And, judging from the way the cake was, um, gently mauled, it looks like Kenya's nighttime treat was a sweet success indeed.
