What Happened When Porsha Ate at Dennis' Restaurant for the First Time Since the Split?
The Real Housewives of Atlanta mama stopped by The Original Hot Dog Factory during a contentious time with her beau.
As we've seen on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley's relationship has taken some twists and turns throughout its course. The smitten couple got engaged in a moment that could've been plucked out of a fairytale, and then became doting parents to their precious baby girl Pilar.
But the plot took a most unwelcome twist when Porsha discovered that Dennis had been unfaithful. And as we saw in Episode 7 of RHOA Season 12, she set herself up for a potentially awkward situation when she stopped by Dennis' restaurant The Original Hot Dog Factory with Marlo Hampton in the midst of processing her emotions. (If you missed the episode, catch up on RHOA here.)
Though Porsha was reluctant to hit the eatery, Marlo — who's always been a Dennis fan — encouraged her to stop by. More like, made her stop by. "Really, bitch?" Porsha asked, when they rolled up to The Hot Dog Factory.
The two ladies took a seat at the bar, where Marlo tried to give Dennis a call to let him know they were at his spot. (Meanwhile, Porsha ordered her go-to Chicago-style dog with French fries and hot wings.)
When Dennis appeared on FaceTime, Porsha said: "I'm just calling to let you know that we just up here getting hot dogs." However, she said in her interview: "Just because I'm eating your hot dog does not mean that we are all good again."
Marlo urged Porsha to tell Dennis she loved him, but Porsha was hesitant to do so — even though Dennis said "I love you" to her. Afterward, while Porsha and Marlo hashed out the situation and ate, Pilar's mama admitted that she still loved Dennis, and she said in her interview that she was trying to fight for the family on Pilar's behalf. Plus, there are those hot dogs!
While eating with Marlo, Porsha quipped: "Marlo, this has been the worst part about the breakup! I haven't had hot dogs."
