Though Kyle Richards' daughter Alexia Umansky just graduated from Emerson College in the spring, she's already making huge strides in the professional world. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter has joined her father, Mauricio Umansky, and her sister Farrah Aldjufrie as a real estate agent at Mauricio's company, The Agency. And she's already representing multimillion dollar Hollywood Hills properties that most people could only dream of seeing in person.

Kyle posted a video of a very grown-up Alexia giving a tour of one such property: a two-story, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom, ultra-modern home behind a gated driveway that's currently listed for $25.5 million. She started on the first floor, where the living room leads to a bar area, the dining room, and the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances as well as a waterfall granite and Caesar stone countertops.

"It's a very open-floor concept," she said. "You have panoramic views of Los Angeles with floor-to-ceiling windows. And you can see all the way downtown right over to the Getty Villa." For those unfamiliar with the metropolitan area, trust us — that's an awful lot of view!

Alexia described the property as "boasting an incredible indoor-outdoor living experience," as the camera panned over the hills.

At the rate Alexia is going, the brokers on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles might have to start looking over their shoulders.
