Farrah Aldjufrie, who is Kyle Richards' eldest daughter, has been pulling back the curtain behind her multimillion-dollar real estate career and allowing people to ask her a question about her business on her Instagram Stories.
First, someone asked The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter when she bought her first place, and she posted a picture of an adorable Beverly Hills condo that she purchased back in 2011. Next up, she was asked, "What's been your favorite real estate deal you've ever closed?"
"This property brought me so much luck!" she wrote as a caption to a photo of a sleek Beverly Hills estate with a wraparound lounging pool. "Sold it twice!! First time I brought the buyer (sold for $31M) and then represented the seller and we sold it for $33M." She added a shocked face emoji for emphasis.
It's an especially savvy deal, considering Zillow is currently valuing the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 11,200-square-foot property with views as far as Catalina Island some 50 miles away at just under $30M — nice work, Farrah!
