Kyle Richards Clarifies a Misconception About Mauricio Umansky's Lawsuit Over a $36M Property
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom won't let the truth about her husband's lawsuit get twisted.
Kyle Richards came to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion ready to set the record straight. During Part 2 of the heated sit-down, Andy Cohen shared a question in which Amy from Texas asked about Kyle's real estate pro husband Mauricio Umansky "scamming someone out of $37 million" — and Kyle was quick to clarify some very misleading phrasing in Amy's question.
"My husband did not scam anyone," Kyle said. "That causes problems because my husband has never made $36 million in a deal in his life. That's what the property sold for... That's a misleading question."
Andy added, "There's a lawsuit relating to a dispute about a property."
"Yeah, but the way it was worded is damaging," explained Kyle.
Erika Girardi, who was asked about her husband's own legal history, summed it up nicely, "And that's it! A simple dispute!"
