Farrah Aldjufrie has all the BTS details on the Flipping Out home that we've been craving.

When Bravo worlds collide, us viewers who aren’t in Los Angeles totally benefit! Such was the case yesterday when Farrah Aldjufrie — the eldest daughter of The Real Housewives of Beverly HillsKyle Richards — stopped by the “Old Hollywood” property that Jeff Lewis just re-listed for $1 million less than the original price. Confused? We get it. Here’s the backstory to get you up to speed: Kyle's husband, Mauricio Umansky, owns the Los Angeles real estate firm The Agency and Farrah works there as a partner. Lucky for us, she often gives her social media following BTS shots of the many outstanding properties she visits daily. (Seriously, go here if you want to drool over The Agency’s latest $38 million penthouses in the Sierra Tower complex.)

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

More to know: Amid his breakup from Gage Edward, Jeff has re-listed the gorgeous “Old Hollwood” home that viewers saw Gage take charge on during the last season of Flipping Out. The property was a true collaboration between Jeff and Gage, which makes the fact that it’s for sale just a little bit heartbreaking for those of us who were rooting for the couple!

I digress: Back to Farrah’s tour! The 30-year-old broker stopped by what we presume was an open house, and we got to see some up-close-and-personal shots of the stunning home. Let’s take a look inside the 4,334-square-foot manse, which is now priced at $6.995 million.

Farrah entered the property via a fountain-accented courtyard. Inside, she displayed the home's greatest selling point — those views! Views are everything in Los Angeles, and this three-level home delivers with floor-to-ceiling city sights available from every vantage point.

Two words for the home's five moody bathrooms: Simply stunning.

Prediction: The home’s reclaimed antique wood flooring is going to be a major design trend this year.

Also: Dramatic, all-black kitchens.

Be sure to tune in to the season premiere of RHOBH on February 12 at 9/8c!
