Lisa Vanderpump Shares Details About a “Very Scary” Moment at Villa Rosa
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hill restaurateur's home came close to going up in smoke.
We all know Lisa Vanderpump is a boss and can handle anything that’s thrown her way. After all, she oversees an empire of restaurants, authors books, supports worthy causes, and reigns in the drama on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules. But she recently let it known there was one thing recently completely out of her control that put her family in grave danger: the California wildfires.
While speaking with Home & Design about the secrets of her Beverly Hills home, Villa Rosa, she revealed just how close the fires came to the famed Vanderpump compound.
“I think people can see very much that Villa Rosa is a sanctuary,” she said. “We film there a lot, for sure, and the view and everything about it. One thing that was scary last year was the fires came very near us.”
Lisa went on to explain that the threat of wildfires jumping onto the home’s grounds was so dire that they actually had to evacuate the property. “We could literally see them on the hillside next to us, and that was a scary moment.”
Fortunately, the home avoided any damage. Watch the video above to hear more and learn more of the secrets of Villa Rosa. (Tune in to Vanderpump Rules on Mondays at 9/8c and catch the RHOBH season premiere on February 12 at 9/8c!)
