Mauricio Umansky’s Latest L.A. Listing Comes with Its Own Vineyard
Kyle Richards' real estate pro husband just listed a one-of-a-kind Tuscan-style estate, and we've got a full tour.
As owner of one of California's top residential brokerage firms, Mauricio Umansky has his share of stunning listings — he was, after all, recently named one of The Hollywood Reporter's top brokers in Los Angeles! But his most recent property has to take the cake: A 14,000-square-foot mansion in the exclusive Beverly Park Estates enclave that comes equipped with its own vineyard. So what's the price tag for this unique estate? Oh, just a cool $38 million. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills hubby shared a snapshot of it on his Instagram.
The eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home is literally a Tuscan dream with fireplaces sourced from European castles, vaulted ceilings, and crown moldings, all on 5.8 acres, three of which contain merlot vines that produce up to 150 cases a year. Something tells us Mauricio's wife, Kyle Richards, would love this property, right?
Let’s take a look.
The regal home sits high in the Beverly Park Estates section of Los Angeles, surrounded by 5.8 acres of land that comes with a private vineyard.
Double-doors lead to a jaw-dropping two-story foyer, which opens to the backyard pool and lounge area with loaded expansive views.
The kitchen is decked out with SubZero and Wolf appliances, and the dining room leads to the wine cellar, which doubles as a home theater.
Upstairs, there are eight bedrooms to choose from, including the baronial master suite that boasts vaulted ceilings.
But the pièce de résistance is the private vineyard that grows Merlot grapes and produces 150 cases a year. No need to shop for wine ever again!
