Kyle Richards' daughter Farrah Aldjufrie has gone into the family business with her stepdad, Mauricio Umansky, at The Agency, and now the two are co-listing a fabulous estate that could make someone the next Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills family are the reps for a seller that is asking for $22.5 million for a three-level, seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Tucked behind gates in the coveted Platinum Triangle of Bel Air, this magnificent Mediterranean estate showcases opulent interiors and resort-like grounds in one of the country’s most esteemed neighborhoods," Farrah captioned a gallery of photos of the home on Instagram

Let's take a closer look at some of this home's highlights!

Property

The 10,000-square-foot home sits behind massive private gates and an old world wraparound motor court with two entrances and is surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees, and a resort-like backyard with a pool and so much more. Welcome home!

Foyer

Bel-Air Property

This double-height foyer screams Architectural Digest. It can probably be tiring trudging up such grand spiraling stairs, but there's a plush sofa to rest on right at the top!

Kitchen

Bel-Air Property

With the latest appliances and a huge center island, it would be a pleasure to cook and entertain in this professional-grade kitchen, which overlooks a bright dining room.

Master Bedroom

Bel-Air Property

Two of the seven bedrooms in the house are master-level, with huge fireplaces, vista-filled balconies, and marble en-suite bathrooms. There are more guest bedrooms on the third floor, which are accessible by elevator.

Backyard

Bel-Air Property

If a huge pool with water features isn't enough to tempt a potential buyer, this backyard's ornate tropical landscaping, gazebos, and two-story, 1,000-square-foot guest house might seal the deal. Who's ready to buy?
