Mauricio Umansky's $129 Million Beverly Hills Listing Has How Many Bathrooms??
Palazzo di Amore comes with just about every luxury on earth.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband and mega-real estate agent Mauricio Umansky has listed his share of stratospherically high-priced homes, but this one might take the cake — a 25-acre Tuscan estate, dubbed Palazzo di Amore, high in the hills of Los Angeles with an asking price of $129,000,000. And no, the zeros are not misplaced.
So what does a 9-figure price tag get you? Well, let’s start with a 35,000-square-foot main house, plus a 15,000-square-foot entertainment center and a separate guest home. All told there are 12 bedrooms — and 23 bathrooms! — across the different structures.
Developed by Mohamed Hadid, dad to Gigi and Bella, the home is listed with Mauricio's firm The Agency and features a grand two-story marble entry, a 200-guest dining room, a 3,000-bottle wine tasting room, a Moroccan room, a Turkish spa, a working vineyard, and an Alberto Pinto-designed kitchen. The entertainment complex houses a bowling alley and a ballroom with a DJ booth and a revolving dance floor. This is one house that is ready to party.
Let’s take a look.
Mauricio and Stacy Gottula of The Agency have the listing for the $129 million property. Sited on a promontory of 25 acres, it includes spectacular views of city lights and lush canyons, a working vineyard, and endless gardens.
Guests are welcomed into a marbled two-story entry with twin curving staircases, inlaid marble flooring, sculpted hearths and mantels, and rooms respendant with every luxury.
A colonnade spans the dining room, which features vault ceilings as well as an adjoining 3,000-bottle wine tasting room.
The grand chef's kitchen was designed by the renowned Alberto Pinto firm and includes a commercial walk-in refrigerator. This wing also has a secondary staff kitchen, a fully-equipped butler’s pantry, two staff rooms, a three-car attached garage, and a suite of two private offices with separate entry.
Of course, there are ample seating areas too numerous to list. Palazzo di Amore can host up to 200 guests and can accommodate parking for 150 cars.
In addition to the pool with sweeping views of L.A. and beyond, there is a 128-foot scenic reflecting pool with fountains, a tennis court, and pavilions. A state-of-the-art theater, with an adjoining green room for the odd celebrity appearance, seats more than 50 guests for live shows or movie screenings.
And let's not forget, your very own waterfall comes with the property, too.
