Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's New House Cost How Much?!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability couch and husband Edwin Arroyave moved just five doors down.
Did you catch a glimpse of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's stunning new home on the Season 9 premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? The accountability coach and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, who owns a security company, moved just five doors down from their old house into a place that Edwin has had his eye on for a long time.
"My husband has been stalking it for years because of the view," she explained in the premiere. "And, well, it went on the market, so guess who had to buy it?" Only in Beverly Hills, y'all! (To see even more of the home, click on the video above!)
"We live down the street and we just walked over because he's been obsessing over this house for a while," she told the home's listing agent six months earlier, as seen in a flashback moment.
One quick glimpse at the sleek design, the kitchen's modern appliances, the walk-in closets (even for the kids!), and that grand view of Los Angeles, and it's totally understandable why they had to have it.
"It's a modern home, 4,500 square feet, five beds, five and a half baths. I'm kind of in love with it," she admitted.
Their new digs cost a pretty penny, too; a cool $4.07 million, to be exact. But with her accountability coaching business now growing by leaps and bounds (now there are 30 accountability coaches and over 500 clients), there's reason for the Arroyave family to treat themselves to this upgrade.
