Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave "Can't Believe" How Much She's Changed Her Body in Just 3 Years

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal reflected on her journey toward lasting health and fitness — and offered a mega dose of inspiration for her fans.

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is a model of healthy living. From the daily workouts she broadcasts on Instagram Stories to her routine dinner of cleansing soup, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom is a buff, glowing inspiration for the clients she coaches in health and weight loss.

But, the All IN by Teddi founder didn't get that healthy through magic. And in a recent Instagram post, Teddi gave a striking visual that proved just how far her hard work has taken her. 

On October 29, the Beverly Hills mom showed two side-by-side photos of herself. One image shows Teddi about three years ago; the other snap features the trim Teddi RHOBH viewers know today.

In the thoughtful caption, the accountability coach looked back on her physical transformation, sharing the thing that initially helped her to change her lifestyle. She also reflected on how her business has grown, and — in true coach form — shared a little inspiration with her followers to start their weeks off right. 

"My journey began with me starting an instagram account to hold me accountable to my goals and intentions until they became a habit and has turned into a booming business of over 30 @allinbyteddimellencamp coaches, each who graduated from my program before becoming coaches. Not to mention the thousands of happy clients."

She continued: "On Mondays I tend to have a little anxiety and so I like to take some time to feel grateful so that I can start my week right so that’s what I am doing right now. I feel very grateful and want to remind you all to do the very same. It’s Monday. Be nice to yourself. Write down a list of things you are grateful for and set some weekly goals. Let’s do this!!!"
