Kyle Richards Walks Us Through Her Amazing Hair Care Routine
This Housewife certainly knows what she's talking about.
She's been deemed the Housewife with the best hair, so it should come as no surprise that Kyle Richards is constantly being asked about her hair tips. While her routine isn't terribly complicated, she does throw in a few helpful tips.
"I'm a big believer in less is more when it comes to your hair," says Kyle. "I've used Pantene for many, many, many years and people would always say, 'Oh are you kidding me?! I buy this really expensive shampoo' and their hair didn't even look that great to me, so I was like, you know what, I'm sticking with Pantene.
"I do not think you should wash your hair every day. You have to give your hair a break. Also, it's really important to brush your hair from the bottom and work your way up." Otherwise, the Beverly Hills Housewife says you'll damage it by ripping it out.
"Another good thing I think is that when you have your hair blown out and you want to keep it, I twist my hair and sleep in a knot on my head so when I wake up in the morning I take it down, and it looks like I just had my hair done."

The most compelling part of Kyle's hair routine is her special hair mask, which she does once a week. "It's sort of a concoction that I've come up with, and I sleep with it sometimes and other times I just sit under one of those old fashioned dryers--I bought one on Amazon--and I sit under this big dryer in my bathroom for 30 minutes while I read."
After pressing her for the details, she admitted to mixing in a few different hair oils into an existing hair mask for extra hydration.
