Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin recently moved from New York City back into their family home, but on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' July 22 episode, the model began searching for a place in California to call her own.

"Amelia Gray was in New York and it didn't quite go as planned," Lisa said during the episode. "Now, she can't just come home. It's not a vacation. So getting an apartment, going back to school, these are the steps she needs to take to continue moving forward."

As she began the search for her new abode, Amelia Gray turned to Kyle Richards' daughter Alexia Umansky as her real estate agent. As Amelia Gray sat down with Alexia (who works at Mauricio Umansky's luxury firm The Agency) to discuss what she was looking for in her ideally "really modern and contemporary" future home, she revealed a lengthy wish list including "a pretty kitchen island," "a pretty refrigerator," "big windows," and plenty of "closet space."

As for building amenities, Amelia Gray mentioned a "gym," and a "pool with the cabanas." As she emphasized the importance of having a doorman, Lisa noted: "That comes with a price tag of, like, 5 thousand dollars."

During the episode, Lisa reflected on her "gross" first apartment. "We lived in a 900-unit apartment building and what were there? Roaches. So gross," Lisa said. "I was lucky to have an apartment with hand-me-down furniture and a door that locked. I didn't have help financially and I think that is a driving force in getting what you want."

While Amelia Gray's dream apartment would likely come with a hefty price tag given some of the luxe features she was looking for, Lisa explained during the episode that her daughter "can have a list of all of the things that she wants, because Amelia is paying for this apartment."

However, Lisa was willing to financially assist her daughter. "I think $1,000 would be fair for help," she said. "The rest is on her."
