Denise Richards Makes an Unexpected Breakfast for Her Kids in Self-Quarantine
The RHOBH mom is serving a "breakfast of champions" like we've never quite seen before.
Denise Richards has found the perfect comfort food recipe, and she's sticking to it — morning through night. In a recent interview, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom named the meal she's cooking up most frequently amid self-quarantine: Macaroni and cheese.
Chatting with The Los Angeles Times, the actress said: "I even posted on my Insta story that I made it for breakfast one day, which I never do; it’s so gross that I would even do that. But it was good. I’m like, 'Girls, do you want macaroni and cheese?' And they’re like, 'Mom, for breakfast?' Breakfast of champions, kids. Here you go!"
The Housewife was happy to share her go-to recipe as well, and it's mercifully simple. "A box and the powder and the butter and the milk," she said. "Trust me I’m not doing a fancy one with the organic cheese and all homemade and stuff. It’s out of the box."
On her Instagram Stories, Denise shared some other unusual breakfasts she's been tucking into. Showing off a colorful plate of produce, she wrote: "I've been eating lunch/dinner food for breakfast lately .. hubby made me this yum." The dish contained heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh basil, buffalo mozzarella, and a dressing of fresh-squeezed lemon, olive oil, and sea salt.
Denise and her hubby aren't the only ones making meals. Adorably, her daughter Eloise recently made dinner for a bunny that was waiting out a storm in their yard.
