This Is How Dorit Kemsley Hosts a Casual Get-Together at Home (Spoiler: It's Not Casual)

Whether it's wearing a luxurious work-from-home outfit or hosting a fabulous housewarming party, it's no secret that everything Dorit Kemsley does is perfectly over the top. So when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member had a small get-together at her house during the August 11 episode of the show, it was, of course, anything but casual.

"I literally did such an impromptu," Dorit explained. "You guys, I grabbed whatever was in my refrigerator." That happened to be an abundance of great food. In addition to chips, nuts, crackers, dips, jams, fruit, cheeses, and crudités, Dorit also served sweet treats including cupcakes, candy, and gingerbread cookies made by her daughter, Phoenix.

Although Lisa Rinna shared, "We are expecting nothing," she wasn't exactly surprised to see the gorgeous spread. "There is no casual bone in Dorit's body," she said. "This is the hosting version of, 'Oh, this old thing?'"

Of course, the drinks were also incredibly luxe. As Dorit poured Lisa and Crystal Kung Minkoff drinks, she declared, "The first four people that come are gonna get the Gucci glass." As viewers may remember, on the show's Season 10 reunion, Dorit sipped on a drink complete with "Gucci ice cubes in a Gucci glass," leading Garcelle Beauvais to declare, "You can't do it any better."
