Garcelle Beauvais Shares a “Dream Come True” Career Update: “Somebody Pinch Me!”
With a new venture “inspired by [her] Haitian roots,” the RHOBH cast member is promising “a taste of the island life from the comfort of your own home.”
As Garcelle Beauvais shows in the video above, she filled her new house with meaningful decor that honors her upbringing and culture. Now, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is hoping to give customers the same experience with the launch of her home decor collection, Garcelle at Home.
“Somebody pinch me!” Garcelle wrote in a July 12 Instagram post. “I’m so excited to tell you that I’m launching my very own home decor collection! [Garcelle at Home] is inspired by my Haitian roots and I cannot wait for you all to get a taste of the island life from the comfort of your own home.”
The collection, which launched exclusively on HSN on July 13, currently features placemats, pillows, table runners, doormats, faux trees, lighting, candles, throws, and wall decor.
“It’s absolutely a dream come true,” Garcelle told People, which was the first to announce the exciting news. “I have been obsessed with home decor and interior design forever, so the fact that I have my own line now is definitely a ‘pinch me’ moment.”
She added: “When we designed it, we really pulled the line from my island roots and the beach. I love the textures and colors and prints, and I really wanted it all to feel like an escape when you put it together.”
Of course, when Garcelle’s under-construction beach house is finished, she’s excited to fill it with her own products. As she explained to People: “Once [the house] is ready, I’ll have these new pieces — and hopefully, a new collection — ready to decorate with!”
