On June 24, Garcelle shared a bold pic on her Instagram that looked like it was ripped from a magazine cover. In the shot, Garcelle posed with high-ponytail hair in hand while giving us her fiercest stare. She's rocking the hell out of a simple, black, turtleneck, long-sleeved bodysuit with her toned legs on display.
