Kathy Hilton Clears Up Why She Wasn't at Garcelle Beauvais' Dinner Party
The RHOBH newcomer explained exactly why she missed Garcelle's beautiful Haitian feast.
On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' September 8 episode, Garcelle Beauvais hosted a beautiful Haitian dinner at her home. However, as the night started, she was surprised to learn that Kathy Hilton wouldn't be attending the party.
"Who are we waiting for? We're waiting for Kathy," Garcelle said during the episode. When Kyle Richards replied, "She's not coming," Garcelle was confused. "Are you serious? Why didn't she text me?" she asked, before joking, "That bitch."
Now, Kathy is ready to clear up her absence. On Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen's September 29 episode, Andy brought up a highlight from Kathy's first RHOBH reunion. "You brought a list of receipts," he said. "You did bring a list with you, which I really enjoyed."
"I did [bring receipts]," Kathy said. "You know why? Because everybody thought that I just didn't show up to Garcelle's party. I was told not to because I had not been feeling well."
"I am not an impolite person," she continued. "I adore her, and I have manners."
Although Kathy was unable to attend the party, Garcelle was happy to have the other women there to connect on a deeper level. "I am very excited to have the women over," she said during the episode. "This is me opening up my world, my culture, showing them that I want them to get to know me more. And I'd like to get to know them more as well."
