Kathy Hilton's Stunning Spec Home in Los Angeles Is On the Market for $55M
The RHOBH newcomer helped design the sophisticated interiors of the incredible, eight-bedroom house.
Kathy Hilton recently brought her talent for interior design to a fabulous new home. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newcomer helped design a stunning new $55 million estate in Los Angeles.
Kathy first shared a glimpse at the sprawling property during an October 6 episode of RHOBH. As she explained at the time, she initially planned to move into the home with her husband, Rick Hilton, but decided to take it on as a project when Rick expressed that he wanted to stay in their current Bel-Air house instead. Now completed, the lavish three-story abode is set to hit the market in the coming weeks.
According to Forbes, the eight-bedroom, 16-bathroom house features plenty of luxurious amenities, starting right at the entryway. The grand foyer features a checkerboard-patterned marble floor, similar to the one that Kathy has in her own home. An open-concept kitchen features blue cabinetry and a custom French cooking range — and the unique touches don’t stop there.
The master bedroom suite features dual bathrooms and dressing rooms with hidden closets and a custom marble fireplace. Other highlights of the home include a walnut-paneled library, a private home theater, and a gym. There’s also plenty of spots for entertaining, including a bronze wet bar and a wine room.
The outdoor spaces are just as spectacular as the interior, with a swimming pool, a pool house, and over 3,300 square feet of terrace space. See photos of the incredible manse here, and get a “before” look at the space in the video above.
