Mauricio Umansky Is Kendra Wilkinson's "New Boss” at The Agency

Mauricio Umansky has a surprising new employee: reality star Kendra Wilkinson.

Wilkinson, who revealed in June that she "passed the California real estate exam on the first try," recently took to Twitter to share that she has been hired by Mauricio's luxury real estate firm, The Agency. 

After Mauricio, who is married to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards, commented on one of Wilkinson's Instagram photos to welcome her to the company, Wilkinson excitedly shared a screenshot of the comment to her Instagram Story. "So excited to join [The Agency]," she wrote. "My new boss." In her tweet, Kendra shared the same post and added a hashtag noting it was: "Time to WERK." 

As The Girls Next Door and Kendra on Top alum begins her career in real estate, that work may come with some valuable guidance from her new boss. On Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen's June 7 episode, James Harris, who is a director at The Agency, revealed the most important thing he's learned from Mauricio. "No matter how much he has going on, how many meetings, listings, deals he's working, when you're in the room with him, you feel like that's the only thing he's working on," the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent said. "He's very focused at that moment, he's dedicated, he has the enthusiasm and the drive to get the deal done."

In 2016, James shared similar praise for his boss. "He's a mentor, but he's a friend. We hang out with him," he told BravoTV.com at the time. "We co-list a ton of deals with him, and he co-lists a ton of deals with us. And you know what, I think we've really learned from him."
