Kim Richards made an unforgettable appearance at Dorit Kemsley's glamorous housewarming party, as seen in the August 26 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Not only did she arrive with Brandi Glanville as her plus one, but she also debuted her new breasts.

Prior to Dorit's party, Kim had her breast implants removed, and it appears she recovered just in time to show off her post-surgery results at the lavish gathering. Kim dazzled in a black and gold lace jumpsuit featuring a plunging neckline that put her cleavage on full display.

Kim’s new cleavage was the first thing that caught little sis Kyle Richards' attention. "You look great. I haven't seen the situation," Kyle gushed while examining her sister's new breasts.

It seems Kim was very pleased with her results. She insisted that Kyle feel her breasts and even (jokingly) offered Mauricio a pass.

Earlier this season, Kim shared that she noticed a change in the size of her breast after having a lumpectomy several years ago to remove a benign tumor. "It's deflated," she said. Ultimately, she decided to have her breasts implants taken out by plastic surgeon Dr. Neal Handel.

Kim also revealed that she "never really wanted big breasts," and said that it was her then-boyfriend's idea.
