This Is What It Looks Like When Kyle Richards & Alexia Umansky Make Dinner
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mother-daughter duo put out a mouth-watering spread for family dinner.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter Alexia Umansky works with her father, Mauricio Umansky, and sister Farrah Aldjufrie at the Agency, but at home in their kitchen, Alexia collaborates with her mom, Kyle Richards.
Mauricio shared a video on Instagram Stories of the family's home-cooked dinner on Tuesday, March 3. While he praised Alexia for cooking the meal, the 23-year-old couldn't take all of the credit. After Kyle modestly noted that she was "helping" with the meal, Alexia declared, "We cooked it together!" to which Kyle responded: "It was a group effort."
The mouth-watering dinner featured salad, salmon, and several side dishes. As Kyle and Alexia prepared the meal, Mauricio and Kyle's youngest daughter, Portia, danced around the family's living room while the real estate mogul sang along to "Jack & Diane" by John Mellencamp (yep, that's Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's father!). The family even had a special dessert to look forward to after dinner. As he panned through each item on the table, Mauricio excitedly noticed, "Oh! Portia's birthday cake," to which Alexia corrected: "Cakes."
Kyle showed off one of those cakes on her Instagram Stories recently, as her 12-year-old, who was wearing a crown that read "Birthday Girl," blew out pink and gold candles in celebration of the big day. The sizable chocolate-frosted dessert had a large birthday message written in pink icing and was topped with a small amount of confetti sprinkles.
Balanced meals seem to be common in the household. During a 2019 tour of her fridge, Kyle noted that the family has a wide variety of options to choose from.
In addition to sodas because "you gotta have them," the family also keeps almond milk and cashew milk stocked. While their meals may change from day to day, Kyle has emphasized keeping (mostly) nutritious items stocked. "I try to keep my family really healthy other than sodas and a couple of things in there," she said at the time. "So don't judge, OK?"
