Kyle Richards Has the Most Unique Butterfly Bathroom
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member incorporated her love for butterflies into a full room of her $8.25 million house.
Kyle Richards is giving new meaning to the butterfly effect. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member gave her Instagram followers a peek inside one of the many uniquely designed rooms in her Encino, Los Angeles, home on February 27, explaining in a caption that it's her "favorite bathroom" in the opulent abode she shares with husband Mauricio Umansky.
The walls of the bathroom are adorned with black wallpaper featuring a variety of different colored butterflies (and, for added emphasis, Kyle placed a few extra butterflies in the photo via Instagram Stories' GIPHY feature). A chic gold mirror hangs above a matching sink, ensuring that the unique butterfly pattern is seen from all angles of the room. In keeping with the theme, what appear to be disposable hand towels next to the sink also feature a colorful butterfly pattern.
Kyle often incorporates butterflies into her home decor. During a dinner she hosted for Rosh Hashanah in September 2018, she set the table with stunning butterfly-patterned dinnerware from the Vista Alegre x Christian Lacroix "Butterfly Parade” collaboration. The plates popped against the neutral silverware and wine glasses, while bright floral centerpieces added an additional splash of color to the tablescape.
While RHOBH fans have seen several views of her luxurious backyard on the show, Kyle has offered glimpses inside of the home more sparingly since her 2017 move to the $8.25 million house.
Earlier this month, she showed her Instagram followers a quick shot of her opulent entryway, which features a black and white checkered marble floor. Her master bedroom is equally luxurious, boasting a marble-accented fireplace and a sizable round chandelier. As she showed in an Instagram Story the same month, the couple's bedding has a personal touch, with a decorative pillow that reads, "I LOVE YOU MORE."
