Alexia Umansky Just Pulled the Funniest Toilet Prank on Her Parents
With just two standard household items, the 23-year-old made Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky double over in laughter.
Just like her mom, Kyle Richards, Alexia Umansky hasn't lost her sense of humor while homebound amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
The 23-year-old took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, April 7, to document a prank she was pulling on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and her husband, Mauricio Umansky.
To start, Alexia placed a cardboard paper towel tube between the seat and lid of a toilet as well as two toilet paper rolls on top to give the bathroom fixture the hilarious appearance of a person smoking a cigar.
"Oh sh--t, you guys," Alexia yelled out to her parents in the clip. "The toilet is smoking."
Clearly, the couple's lack of urgency in arriving to the scene didn't quite impress their daughter. "Ok so no one rushed over like I thought they would," Alexia captioned the video. "But it was still humor."
When Mauricio walked into the bathroom, he immediately burst into laughter and kept the prank going, telling Kyle: "The toilet is actually smoking."
Kyle, growing more concerned, cautiously approached the scene. "Why is the toilet smoking?" she asked Mauricio. "What if the house is on fire?" When she finally saw the hilarious setup, she doubled over in laughter. Clearly, she was a fan of the prank as she later shared it to her own Instagram Story with the caption: "The toilet is smoking!"
Last month, Kyle found her own way to keep her sense of humor amid the pandemic. During an outing to CVS where she was unable to find Lysol wipes, she joked that if shoppers run out of toilet paper, they can use the pharmacy chain's notoriously long sales receipts as backup.
While the family has been enjoying their time in self-isolation utilizing their luxe backyard and pool, Kyle recently admitted that they are "starting to get a little stir-crazy already.” While she noted that the group has been "home cooking, cleaning, eating, watching movies," Kyle shared in a separate Instagram Story that being in the kitchen has been a particularly helpful source of stress release amid the pandemic. "Today I have felt anxious," she wrote alongside a video of the meal she was preparing. "But cooking makes me feel better."
