No surprise here: An $8.25 million home gets you a lot of bells and whistles. Take Kyle Richards’ stunning Encino, California home, for example. Purchased in 2017, the California mansion is chock full of luxurious amenities. Sprawling backyard and pool? Check. Stately foyer (completely with a checkered marble floor)? Check. Never-ending driveway and private entry gate? Check. A bookcase-laden library? Check!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In her latest share to Instagram, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member gave a peek into another room in her house, and yet another regal design detail. Accented by light blue walls, Kyle showcased her gorgeous fireplace that is partly ultra-modern and partly uber-traditional. The hearth’s façade is covered in a striking, dramatic white and gray marble that is a bold statement, especially when you consider the mantle’s old-style, ornate carvings.

Flanked by a wiry gold screen, the fireplace is oh-so-cozy — so much so that Kyle and her dogs thought it was the weekend.  “Oops. We thought today was Sunday,” she wrote alongside the photo.

More to see: That gorgeous artwork that is battling the fireplace for the focal point of the room award! Flecked with neon hues and island-esque imagery, the circular piece is modern and fun and the perfect contrast to the muted tones elsewhere in the room.
