Kyle Richards Explains Her Recent Weight Loss

After sharing multiple bikini-clad photos in recent weeks, Kyle Richards has spent a lot of time clearing up accusations about her weight loss. First, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member denied using Ozempic (or Mounjaro). Days later, she also shut down claims that she had a tummy tuck. 

Kyle is continuing to put the rumors to rest by explaining exactly how she lost weight recently. “After gaining weight during the summer, on July 15, I got off the boat and I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought for maybe, you know, two, three weeks until I lost weight,” she said on the January 23 episode of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Tamra Judge’s podcast, Two T’s in a Pod. “But then I was losing weight, I was working out every single day, and I started losing weight and I felt so good, I’m like, ‘Why would I go back to that?’ So I still have not had alcohol at all. I mean, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, kind of thing.”

“I’ve never felt better in my entire life, honestly,” said Kyle, who also noted that she had a breast reduction last year. “I work my ass off, and I really resent when people think I’m just paying to get it done.”

Earlier this month, Kyle shared a photo mid-workout. “One of my goals for 2023 is to take my fitness to the next level,” she wrote, adding that her home gym is “where you can find [her] for the foreseeable future.”
