Kyle Richards Shows Off Her Abs in New Gym Selfie

Earlier in January, Kyle Richards gave Bravoholics a glimpse into her fitness routine (rocking some seriously sexy workout wear in the process). “One of my goals for 2023 is to take my fitness to the next level,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member wrote over an Instagram Story of herself doing a biceps curl on a weight bench as she propped up her feet on two big dumbbells. 

More recently, Kyle showed off more of health journey by snapping a mirror selfie in the gym — and looking utterly gorgeous in the process. Standing confidently in a long-sleeve heather gray workout top and black leggings with an orange stripe down the sides, Kyle posed as she showed off her incredibly toned midsection.

"[I want abs 2023]," she wrote over the January 29 Instagram Story, also tagging her trainer, Cory Gregory, and his supplement company, Max Effort Muscle.

Kyle's workout mirror selfie comes after her clearing up accusations about her weight loss. After denying using Ozempic (or Mounjaro) then shutting down claims that she had a tummy tuck, she further explained exactly how she's been shedding the weight. 

“After gaining weight during the summer, on July 15, I got off the boat and I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol. I thought for maybe, you know, two, three weeks until I lost weight,” Kyle stated on the January 23 episode of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Tamra Judge’s podcast, Two T’s in a Pod. “But then I was losing weight, I was working out every single day, and I started losing weight and I felt so good, I’m like, ‘Why would I go back to that?’ So I still have not had alcohol at all. I mean, I’ll have a bite of birthday cake here and there, kind of thing.”
