Kyle Richards Is “Changing Everything” About Her Encino House
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is totally transforming her “forever home” to be “exactly” her style.
Kyle Richards recently redesigned her living room and upgraded her impressive backyard (watch the video above to see it), but The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is far from done when it comes to transforming her Encino home.
“I’m actually changing kind of everything,” Kyle told BravoTV.com at NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation on May 16, before explaining how her outlook on the home has changed since she and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, purchased it in 2017. “When I first bought the house, I was like, ‘Oh, it looks great like it is.’ Then, once we were burglarized, I thought I was going to sell my house. I was like, ‘I’m over this. I don’t want to live here anymore,’” she shared. “That’s why I kept my house in Bel-Air, the one that Sutton [Stracke] was leasing from me.”
“But then, once I spent some time and I was comfortable again, I sold the Bel-Air house, and now I’m just changing everything in the house to make it exactly the way I want it, because I think it really is our forever home,” she continued. “Even if I move one day to, like, Aspen, Colorado, I’ll keep that home for my kids or something.”
