Awards season has a tendency to rustle up nostalgia in Lisa Rinna. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress has walked more red carpets than she can count, but certain events stand out in her mind — and in her personal style history. The Grammys is one such event.

How to Watch

So as the stars descended on the Staples Center for the 62nd annual Grammy Awards on January 26 — wearing their glittering, neon, and country-western-inspired best — Lisa looked back at her own fashion moments from music's big night.

On Instagram Stories, the QVC designer posted photos of the markedly different, but equally sexy, gowns she wore to past iterations of the ceremony. "You know it's the Grammys when I whip these photos out!" she wrote.

One snap showed her posing on the red carpet in 2009, wearing a black dress with a leg slit and a daring cut-out. That year, she wore her hair piled on top of her head in an elaborate bun, and rimmed her eyes with a smoky purple shadow.

Another throwback image gave a peek at Lisa's 2008 Grammys look: a plunging, backless gown with a jeweled halter neck. The leg slit was still intact, but that year's beauty look featured the short, shaggy coif that some might call "iconic."

Keep scrolling to see the two gowns, as well as the leopard-spotted minidress that Lisa wore to Clive Davis' pre-Grammys gala in 2008.

Lisa has a knack for slaying the Grammys with her own unique looks, but she's also been known to recreate some of the most memorable styles ever to grace the event's red carpet. Remember when she channeled Jennifer Lopez in that plunging Versace?
