On April 18, Brittany took to Instagram to post a sweet, candid pic with her growing family. Plastic surgeon Paul embraced Brittany from behind as she flaunted her itty bitty bump in a nubby three-piece loungewear set by Kim Kardashian West's line SKIMS. Brittany rocked the SKIMS Cozy Knit Pant ($88) with a coordinating Cozy Knit Tank ($52). And how else would one cap off a warm and fuzzy ensemble than with a matching Cozy Knit Robe in blush ($128)?
