Sutton Stracke Gives an Update on Her Bel-Air Home Renovations
The RHOBH cast member "should be packing boxes pretty soon" to move into her newly renovated home.
After a lengthy renovation process, Sutton Stracke is finally almost ready to move into her new Bel-Air home. "The renovations are coming slowly, but I think we’re coming to a head," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member told BravoTV.com this month. "[We] should be packing boxes pretty soon."
As ecstatic as Sutton is to start living in the $5.35 million home, she's not exactly enthused about the process of bringing her belongings there. "I'm not excited to move," she admitted. "[But] I'm excited to be in my new house, for sure."
Sutton announced her big move in October 2020. "All packed up and ready to go," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "Staying in LA just around the corner...New house, new adventure!" The following month, she showed construction happening at the home in an Instagram Story and wrote, "Let the demolition begin!"
While the house has been under construction, Sutton has been residing at Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's former Bel-Air home. "I left my house and sold it, but my new house needs a facelift," Sutton shared on the show's May 19 episode. "So I started looking for houses to rent and, ding dong, I think, 'Kyle's house' and Kyle just let me live here, though I pay rent." ($20,000 per month in rent, to be exact.)
