Teddi Shares an Update on Her Fitness Journey After Having Baby Dove

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness pro is "aiming for strength and balance" as she gets back in shape post-delivery.

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has made it her mission (and her business) to keep fans updated on her journey through her recent pregnancy (which she's described as her most healthy and fit) to postpartum recovery. And now that she has given birth to her new baby, Dove, she is taking us along for each step of her recovery program. Teddi has boldly shared all the ups and downs of getting back in shape — including showing her bare belly just weeks after delivery.

On March 18, Teddi took us along as she went for a spin on her stationary bike for an early morning workout and she wasn't shy about flashing the current state of her abs. "My post Dove journey," she wrote in her caption. "Aiming for strength and balance throughout my core." She shared a quick shot of her bare stomach with an olive sports bra and sweatpants.

On March 16 she confessed, "Here I am, day two. Just got on the bike, I was kind of laying in bed going back and forth: 'Should I do this now or should I try and do it later?' ... But I just told myself... get up... take action, that way you'll be more productive with work and better with the kids throughout the day."
