Now that it's dipped below 70 degrees in Beverly Hills — what passes for cold in Southern California — Kyle Richards has been busy in her dream kitchen whipping up comforting, warm meals for her family. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom took to her Instagram Stories to offer a glimpse of what a typical family dinner at home looks like these days, and she seems to have nailed the healthy and delicious matrix.
On Monday night, she started off her dinner preparations by making fresh celery juice for the family. After that, she boiled up a pot of vegetable soup and sauteed some beautiful shrimp in butter.
Green juice is one of the food groups in Los Angeles. Plus, celebs like Lea Michele drink celery juice every day for a "great cleanse" effect.
The shrimp look ready to go!
After a look into the cozy process, Kyle showed off the finished soup, which looks like it hit the spot for a healthy dinner on a cooler evening in town.
And Kyle's uber-fit RHOBH counterpart Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave definitely approves of soup for dinner — she eats it "9 out of 10" times at home!
After the cooking, the family sat down to enjoy dinner with a view of their sparkling holiday decorations surrounding their glorious fireplace.
Beats eating lunch alone in your car any day, right, Kyle?
