Amelia Gray Hamlin continues to open up about her anorexia battle after revealing last year her struggles with the eating disorder. Amelia returned to the topic again this week, when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills brought it to the surface again.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Lisa Rinna's daughter used her social media as a platform to provide further context for the family picnic. On her Instagram Stories, she explained more about the "fear of food" viewers saw. But fortunately she was able to balance that troubling scene with the news that she is now "100% RECOVERED and HAPPY!!!!!"

In order to reassure viewers and fans, she also provided a bit of detail about her robust diet these days.

Specifically, she was a vegetarian because she was "afraid of eating meat." But that behavior has been replaced by caloric consumption for nourishment, including regular meat eating: "Hamburgers are a weekly occurrence in my diet now — in case anyone was wondering," she wrote.
