Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Uses This "Embarrassing" Trick to Score Restaurant Reservations
There are perks to having a rockstar dad like John Mellencamp, even for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is about as down-to-earth as they come — hey, she's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate who flies coach, after all! And she's generally unfazed by the fact that her father, John Mellencamp, is rock royalty. Still, Teddi has called on daughter-of-rock-star perks when the occasion rises — or when hunger cravings strike.
The accountability coach recently played the drinking game "Never Have I Ever" with Us Weekly, and spilled the tea on the clever trick she has relied on to get reservations at a restaurant.
When asked if she's ever dropped her dad's name to score a table, Teddi confessed: "It’s so embarrassing, but my boss asked me to do it. I forgot to make him a reservation. This was years ago when I first moved to Los Angeles.”
Speaking of Teddi's famous pops, it turns out that he regularly tunes into The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills... just like us! "He’s like, ‘I don’t even know who I am. I just had to call my assistant and ask what time the Housewives are on tonight. What is happening to me?’” Teddi said. “He goes, ‘The other day I was out getting something, and somebody came up to talk to me about you and Dorit.’”
Ya did good, dad.
