In a November 17 Instagram snap, the medical pro posed against an island sky in the skimpiest brown bikini. Cary was rocking a silk headscarf, chic sunglasses, and a necklace, but no accessory could upstage those abs. With her thumbs hooked sassily into her bikini bottoms, the Dallas mama was there to own her fitness — and she penned an encouraging caption to turn the post into bonafide #fitspo.

Cary's husband, Mark, shared a sexy image of his wife over on his own Instagram feed, because what proud spouse could resist? "I mean...I have a serious crush on [Cary Deuber]," he wrote jokingly. "Wonder if she’d ever notice me."
