Kameron Westcott Shares the Cozy Lunch She Whips up When It's Cold in Dallas
The Real Housewives of Dallas mama cooks "once in a blue moon." And when she does, it looks delicious.
Kameron Westcott just shared an Instagram Story that showed her in a very unusual situation. "Surprise, surprise! Once in a blue moon, I cook," she shared. And since it's Halloween today — and only 42 degrees in Dallas — Kameron was moved to put something cozy and festive on her family's table.
Standing over her stove while lunch bubbled away, The Real Housewives of Dallas dog-food pro shared: "It's the holiday! I've got my pumpkin seeds; I'm making taco soup. Lots of fun! Kam's cooking!"
What's in taco soup, exactly? We found a few online recipes for the delicious-sounding dish, and it's pretty much everything you'd find in a taco, minus the tortilla shells. When Kameron showed off the start of her soup, we spotted beef browning alongside beans, peppers, and tomatoes; in the next Story, she'd added broth and corn and was stirring up the steamy, cozy concoction.
Lunch looks pretty good when Kam's cooking, right?
