Caroline Stanbury Reveals the Results of Her Recent Plastic Surgery: "New Face, New Me"
The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member gave fans a look with "no filter" after her latest cosmetic procedure.
Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Caroline Stanbury revealed she was "[t]hankful for a lot of things" in her life — a recent facelift being one of them.
"NEW FACE, NEW ME," The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member captioned a series of Instagram photos shared on November 25. In the post, Caroline posed with her husband, Sergio Carrallo, and wore a chic black turtleneck sweater and relaxed-fit leather trousers. She also carried an adorable cream-colored minibag (you can revisit her collection of mini designer handbags in the video above).

In the Instagram carousel of photos which you can check out below, Caroline noted she was on "Day 14 of the journey." To show off her "new face," the Ladies of London alum wore her shoulder-length locks in a straight style, brushing her wispy bangs a little to the side. She also tagged SK Plastic Surgery in the post, thanking the business for their work.
In addition to showing off the results of her facelift, Caroline also put her Thanksgiving table set up on display. We spotted a round dark wood table covered in a gorgeous tablescape and place settings.
Moreover, Sergio showed his loving support in the comments section. "Very proud of you. Absolutely beautiful," he wrote.

Additionally, Sergio took to his own Instagram page to share a video post-procedure, detailing the process of Caroline's recovery and the results.
"This was probably one of the hardest moments of my life. Seeing the person that you love with all your heart suffering and in pain how she was .. it was very hard," Sergio captioned the post which showed Caroline immediately after surgery and how she recovered the days thereafter.
Sergio continued in his caption: "As a husband I will always support her and be here for her and as much as I was against it, she really wanted to do it. So, I was there for her, supporting and helping her day to day. I am very proud of you and I just seeing how happy you are with the result, it makes me very happy. You look absolutely beautiful [Caroline]. [T]he only problem, now … I am the oldest in the relationship!!"
Sergio also thanked the surgeon, Dr. Steve S. Kim, for "taking the best care" of his wife. "Amazing job!" he gushed.

Caroline also took to her Instagram Stories following her full recovery to give her fans a close-up "no filter" peek at her results.
"[N]o filter good morning!" Caroline wrote over the fresh-faced snap. "Healing so well now."
The Dubai mom also took a hilarious video of her husband imitating her recovery with a huge bandage-like item around his head and neck. "[S]o this is what he thinks I look like in the morning," she wrote over the video with a cry-laughing emoji.
